The height of a row; rows grow with larger text.
Starts each row with its rank number.
Puts a small crown on the leader, which pops onto the new leader when the lead changes.
How many rows show. Your own row always shows, in the last place if it ranks lower.
How quickly rows slide and bars grow: 2 is twice as fast, 0.5 half as fast.
Shows a line under the rows saying how far ahead the leader is.
